hahaha so what inspired this decision. you sound like me after mom had me mush the hamburger meat and prep the chicken to be grilled. nothing grosser. i have a million and one fish recepies, but you don't like fish. my only suggestion is make sure you get protein from other sources (red beans, soy, etc). megan skeen would be the best person to ask, she was vegan for a while. good luck, let me know more specifics and i'll try and get some more. i have a million and one super easy cookbooks.

Does this mean you are giving up meats, or BBQ, or both? Call me--I've got some good recipes.

The cabin is in Midway, and yes, come up, come up! It's just about 30 minutes from SLC.

We kinda got rid of meats as well...not totally...but mostly. I have a few really good pasta dishes with veggies etc. I'll have to find them and email them to you.

I know tons of recipes and some great places to eat in california. Make sure you get vitamins to suplement.
Try some morningstar stuff you can find it in the frozen food aisle. My favorite restraunt is Native foods its across the street from The Lab which is by south coast plaza. However, the fact that you still eat fish is really good because there are so many things that you would otherwise be missing. It will make life easier for you; I won't eat fish and it makes it harder for me. Have you tried Seitan? You can get it at wild oats.
